Dos and Don'ts of Workplace Decorum

 

1. Exchange Greeting to staff passing through or at least may wear smile .Strange walk/looks and Cold vibes among employees are not at good practice.

2. Be Polite and humble with all Employees.

3. Popping chewing gums, listening songs using ear phones not acceptable.

4. Causal wear (T-Shirts/tops) not allowed Monday to Friday. There will be penalty per day if found wearing Casual clothes .Closed shoes should be wear. Big no to Floaters/chappals etc.

5. Stay away from nasty politics at the workplace. Avoid playing blame games and self admiration .

6. Respect your fellow workers and help them whenever required.

Never criticize/self admire or make fun of any of your colleagues. Remember fighting leads to no solution and receiving admiration from others have real taste . There are several other ways to express displeasure. Sit with your colleagues/Concern Authority , discuss issues face to face and decide on something which is mutually acceptable .

7. Spreading rumours about fellow workers is something which is not at all accepted as it may hamper employee's performance and confidence.

Do not be too opinionated about every thing . Would you like to know everyone's opinion about you ? It is not required right . Pls focus on own work as only Our work will take us higher .

8. Loose talks for Employees or Management even outside office is not okay . You would come under strict disciplinary action.

Even mock standuo ( without taking part in Communication , standing and enjoying ) in such gossip session bring you under scrutiny.

9. Understand your position in Company Hierarchy and work as per policy . Comparison with other employees/different Vertical/ Position is strictly not allowed . 

Note : Behavior of all employees will be monitored strictly and would be part of their Performance analysis as it is important to create positive environment .
